The producers of Big Brother have turned to Deal Or No Deal Launcher, Gavin Henderson as creative director of all the 2011 runs of Big Brother. 

He will be joined by Executive Producers Katy Smith and Susy Price with Iain Coyle heading up the show's Spin Offs and digital programing. 

Big Brother will go back to Basics for the 12th series as a straightforward entertainment format.

Celebritan have reported that BBLB is to to return with Big Brother in August. 

Fans of Big Brother's Little Brother have been concerned that the show wouldn't return with Big Brother when it returns for a Celebrity run in August. However a source told the website 
"Channel 5 will pull out all the stops to ensure Big Brother is a Hit. Channel 4 shoved BBLB On its sister channel E4, but it will be broadcast on Channel 5 and not 5* as some thought."

Channel 5 has earlier confirmed to the nation that Big Brother will NOT Be aired in the Republic of Ireland. 
"“Unfortunately, we only have the rights to broadcast our programmes in the United Kingdom.

We will be unable to transmit this programme in the Republic Of Ireland or make any online content accessible there.”

The Show, which starts in August, will not be shown in Ireland on TV or online.

Stacey Solomon has expressed that she would love to host the new Big Brother on Channel 5

Channel 5 have today released the details for Josie Gibson's new show - 'There's Something About Josie' which starts Monday at 10pm

Earlier today, Fan website bbspy posted that a brand new website advertising Official Big Brother auditions for Channel 5 was found.
